2 Ingredient Cucumber Dill Deviled Eggs

Raise your hand if you’re guilty of this: You find a recipe that looks and sounds delicious, only to take a glance at the mile long ingredient list and give it a big thumbs down. I’m totally guilty!

I love quick and easy recipes that don’t come off as such; these Cucumber Dill Deviled Eggs are a prime example. Upon first bite, your family, friends and guests will think that you’re a rockstar chef but, little do they know that these bad boys take all of 5 minutes and 2 ingredients to throw together! Did I mention that they are MUCH healthier than your typical deviled eggs because there is absolutely zero mayonnaise involved. 
Let’s get to it, shall we? Eggs + Cucumber Dill Greek Yogurt Dip = delicious, creamy and herb-filled deviled eggs! 
1. Boil & peel 12 eggs.
2. Separate the yolks from the whites and place the yolks in a mixing bowl.
3. Add 3/4 cup Cucumber Dill Greek Yogurt Dip to the yolks and mix until smooth.
4. Spoon or pipe yolk mixture into egg whites and top with dried chives (totally optional!)
(I found the yogurt dip at Aldi but I have seen other brands at my local grocery store and mass retailers.) 
Y’all, try these. They will NOT disappoint and they literally take all of 5 minutes to throw together. Make it even easier on yourself and purchase the hardboiled eggs – omit a step and congratulate yourself on working smarter, not harder. đŸ˜‰
