I’m going to keep this update short and sweet. Things are going quite well throughout this pregnancy so no need to overcomplicate things 🙂
How far along? 26 weeks
Total weight gain/loss: I’m up about 7-8lbs
Maternity clothes? I just went out and bought two pairs of maternity jeans and I’m on the hunt for shirts! I have a few events coming up and I don’t think it would be appropriate to show up in yoga pants and oversized t-shirts 😉
Sleep: Not the worst sleep, not the best. I have a hard time falling back to sleep when I wake up throughout the night. (Oh, how I would love one night of uninterrupted sleep!)
Best moment this week: Finding comfy maternity jeans, ha! And making progress on William’s room.
Have you told family and friends: Yup!
Movement: All day long! And all night long 🙂
Food cravings: No true cravings. My appetite has definitely increased lately and I’m trying reallllly hard to make good food choices!
Anything making you queasy or sick: Nope, not really. I’ve felt pretty darn good lately.
Have you started to show yet: Yup! I can tell because strangers are now asking, “How far along are you?” or “When are you due?”.
Labor Signs: Nope
Belly Button in or out? In
Wedding rings on or off? On
Happy or Moody most of the time: I think I’m mostly happy. But I will admit that I can be quite cranky at times – my patience can be lacking.
Weekly Wisdom: Don’t worry until you have something to worry about. My dad always said this to me growing up. As you may know, pregnant ladies can often have anxious or worrisome thoughts about everything from the baby, to our health to the actual delivery. I try to clear the negative thoughts and remember my dad’s words of wisdom. 🙂
